A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER
I have spent my professional life inside the fashion industry, understanding what allows a creative idea to become a real and lasting business.
My experience extends across production, logistics, supply chain management, procurement, product development, retail, and the high-end and luxury markets. I have worked as an executive, an entrepreneur, a co-founder, and an independent consultant, taking ideas from their earliest form into operating businesses with teams, products, commercial structures, and everyday responsibilities.
I have also built and closed businesses of my own. Both experiences have shaped my judgement and taught me to look beyond the immediate promise of an idea—to understand what it will require to operate, adapt, and last.
For me, Fashion Business Strategy begins with clarity. Before making any recommendation, I listen carefully to understand what you are truly trying to build. Often, the business already exists within the idea, even when its direction and structure are not yet fully visible.
